Text Banking FAQs

How do I enroll in text banking?
  • Login to online banking
  • Go to the Preferences menu and select “Mobile”
  • Click on the Text Banking Tab
  • Select “Enable and authorize text banking on the below mobile device”
  • Enter your text number
  • Check “Agree to Terms”
  • Click “Submit”
You will receive a confirmation text immediately and be directed to the Account Preferences page.

  • Check enable for each account you would like to have access to
  • Enter order values for each account
  • Click on the Text Banking Tab
  • Enter a Display Name aka Nickname (Maximum 4 characters) for each enabled account
  • Click “Submit”

  • BAL: Receive account balance
  • HIST: Receive account history
  • XFER: Transfer funds between accounts
  • LIST: Receive a list of available text commands

My text banking isn't working, how do I fix it?
Text the word START to 878787 to reactivate text banking.
